Old Navy Super Cash is a rewards program for customers both in stores and online, that is designed to reward and encourage customer loyalty. By shopping during their Super Cash earning time you will earn Super Cash savings rewards that can be used during their Old Navy Super Cash redemption periods. Very simply, you shop and then earn dollars-off coupons for another shopping trip.

During Old Navy Super Cash periods when you spend $25 or more you will earn a $20/$40/$60 universal Super Cash reward. Old Navy is VERY consistent about this, so don’t hold out waiting for better offers.

In store shoppers receive a paper coupon (with an online code), online shoppers will receive a Super Cash coupon via email within approximately 24 hours of your purchase. Coupons can be saved to your mobile device for use at a future date.

Old Navy has recently made changes to its Super Cash program to make it easier for customers to use. Super Cash can now be used as a flexible coupon. The more you spend the more you save, you no longer have to use multiple coupons and split up your purchase to get the best deal.

Old Navy Super cash cannot be combined with other coupons, and cannot be used to purchase online everyday steals. Old Navy has Super Cash periods throughout the year. Old Navy Super Cash can only be earned when you shop during their Old Navy Super Cash periods. These earn periods usually last up to four weeks and are offered multiple times per year. Online shopping will earn you Super Cash as well.

When you shop in a store and spend $25 or more during an earn period you can earn one $20/$40/$60 universal Super Cash coupon. Earn one Super Cash coupon for each qualifying purchase of $25 or more within the eligible earn time period. *This universal coupon is a recent change to their program – previously you used to be able to earn different amounts of Super Cash based on how much you spent.

No. While it might seem like a clever loophole, you cannot buy Old Navy gift cards and earn Super Cash on them. You’ll need to buy merchandise.

You can use your Super Cash during spending periods, which typically immediately follow earning periods. Unfortunately Super Cash expires, so you want to be sure to take advantage and spend it when you can. 

There are spending rules for redeeming your universal Super Cash coupon. If you spend between $50 and $99.99 you can redeem $20 Super Cash. Spend between $100 and $149.99 to use $40 Super Cash, and $150 or more to use $60 Super Cash. The maximum discount possible per transaction is $60 off. 

In addition to the parameters above, there are some rules you need to follow when earning and redeeming Old Navy Super Cash. As with all coupons and retailer rewards, there is fine print regarding how much Super Cash you can redeem at once, whether Super Cash stacks with other promo codes and more:

You’ll find the code either on your paper Super Cash or in your email/app sent to you with your digital Super Cash. No, unfortunately you cannot use Old Navy Super Cash at the Gap. Old Navy Super Cash may only be used at Old Navy stores and Old Navy online. Old Navy Super Cash cannot be used at Old Navy clearance centers. Gap offers their own program of earning “cash” rewards, called GapCash, which can only be used at the Gap.

Super Cash has no cash value, so when you make a return, you will get back only the money you spent, not any of the value of your Super Cash. In addition, you will not get back the Super Cash reward coupon.

Old Navy Super Cash is different from Navyist rewards.The Navyist rewards program is available to members who join and create an account. As a Navyist member you will earn one point for every $1 spent at the Gap family of brands. Every 100 points = $1 reward redeemable across all Gap brands with no merchandise restrictions. If you happen to be a Navyist rewards member and a Gap Inc. credit card holder, you get even more benefits and rewards.

Super Cash is a rewards program you can use without being a member, and can only be earned and redeemed at Old Navy during specific periods of the year. 

**Navyist Rewards members can convert unused Old Navy Super Cash to points. You have 30 days from the last day to redeem Super Cash to convert Super Cash to points. For each dollar of Super Cash you have, you will receive one point.
